1. The rights and obligations of Crown Cash Network to the agency alliance

2. The powers and obligations of the agency alliance to the Crown Cash Network

      The agency alliance should do its best to advertise, sell and promote Crown Cash Network extensively, so as to maximize the profits of the agency itself and Crown Cash Network. The agent alliance can advertise, sell and promote Crown Cash.com with a positive image without violating the law, and is obliged to inform all its members of the relevant preferential conditions and products of Crown.com. If the agent alliance chooses to pay for the promotion of Crown Cash.com, the agent shall bear the cost.

Any information related to Crown Cash includes : logos, reports, game screens, drawings, copywriting, etc. The agency alliance shall not copy, disclose, or distribute relevant materials without authorization. Crown Cash reserves the right of legal prosecution. If the agent has related needs in business promotion, please feel free to contact Crown Cash.com.

3. Rules and terms

      All levels of agency alliances are not allowed to open dual / multiple agent accounts without the permission of Crown Cash , nor can they earn commissions from Crown Cash Accounts or related parties. Please keep in mind that agents of any level cannot use agent accounts to place bets. Crown Cash has the right to terminate and seal the account and all commissions earned in the game. In order to ensure the privacy and rights of all member accounts of Crown Cash, Crown Cash will not provide any member passwords or member personal data. Agent alliances of all levels are also not allowed to obtain member data in any way, or arbitrarily log in to the lower-level member accounts. If the agent alliance is found to have violated the privacy of the member of the company, the company has the right to cancel the bonus of the agent alliance and cancel the account of the agent alliance.

      Members under the agency alliance shall not open more than one account. Crown Cash.com has the right to require members to provide valid identification to verify the identity of the member, and reserves the right to determine whether to repeat the member by IP . In case of violation of the above matters, Crown Cash.com reserves the right to terminate the player’s game and seal the account and all commissions earned in the game

      The agent alliance cannot be a valid betting member of itself or other alliances . It can only be a valid betting member directly under the company . The agent needs to have 5 offline valid bets for 500RMB each month . If there is a violation of the alliance agreement, the company has the right to terminate and Archive the account number and all commissions earned in the game.

      If a member of the agent alliance is prohibited from enjoying the game of Crown Cash Network due to violation of the regulations, or Crown Cash Network returns the deposit to the member, Crown Cash Network will not allocate the corresponding commission to the agent alliance. If the credit card and bank information used by the members of the agency alliance to deposit must be reviewed, Crown Cash will retain the relevant commissions until the review is completed. The conditions in the contract will be implemented after the acceptance of the agency alliance's joining by Crown Cash.com. Crown Cash and the agency alliance can terminate this contract at any time. In any case, if the agency alliance wants to terminate the contract, it must notify Crown Cash in advance within seven days in writing / email.

      The performance of the agency alliance will be reviewed once every three months. If the agency alliance is no longer an existing cooperative member, this contract can be terminated at any time. If the partner violates the contract regulations, Crown Cash Net reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately. Without the permission of Crown Cash, the agency alliance cannot disclose and authorize Crown Cash.com related confidential data, including the feedback obtained by the agency alliance, commission reports, calculations, etc .; the agency alliance is obliged to execute confidential documents and data after the contract is terminated Keep it secret. After the contract is terminated, the agency alliance and Crown Cash will not need to perform the rights and obligations of both parties. Termination of the contract will not relieve the agency alliance's obligations before terminating the contract. The current commission is based on the agent’s current profit. If the total payout amount of the agent’s current settlement is negative, then the agent’s commission refund will be regarded as zero no matter how large it is!
